Recently I finished a series on Netflix and like everyone else, felt empty when it was over. I tried to find a what I like to call- “rebound” show, but couldn’t find anything. I had NOTHING left on my “to watch” list.
So now, basically, I’m sad and so I’m going to reminisce about all the series I love and that I think you guys will love too.
Warning: I’m not going to give a description of these shows because I truly think they are better when you go in blind. All these shows are filled with so many plot twists, that its worth being surprised. So instead, I’m going to tell you how much I loved them, and how emotional they made me.
It took me TWO years to finish this series but I did it. I had a love/hate relationship with this show and found myself getting bored sometimes and forgetting about it. I finally finished it a couple of months ago and cried my eyes out.
This show is the reason I finished The Vampire Diaries. I wanted to start this series but I didn’t want to do so before finishing TVD. This show to me, was so much better than TVD. It honestly tore me apart and I hated the ending. I grew so immersed in the Mikaelson family story line. I think this show was really one of the best shows I’ve ever watched.
This show touched my heart and ruined me forever. I started watching it after seeing everyone talk about it on Twitter. I finished it so quickly and by the time it was over, I was left heartbroken as I had become so emotionally invested into the show.
I’m going to be honest, I hated this show at first. I thought it was kind of cheesy but my little sister kept telling me I had to keep watching. By the fifth or sixth episode, I was obsessed. I love all the characters and I love how dramatic every episode is. I think all the everyone on the show is incredibly talented and its a must watch.
Pretty Little Liars
This brings me back to high school me SO much. I was late on the bandwagon but started watching it on Netflix when I was in the tenth grade. I loved it and watched it every single Tuesday. I think that I kind of want to watch it again from the beginning.
Okay this one is a given. Who doesn’t love Grey’s? I’ve been through every heart wrenching moment Shonda Rhimes has written for us. There is not enough to say about this show except for that George was my favorite.
Once Upon A Time
I heard about this show for YEARS, but was unmotivated to watch it because of how many episodes there were. As a Disney obsessed person, I knew I HAD to watch it. I loved this show because it let me have a little Disney in my day, everyday. (In case you didn’t know, Disney is my life).
