I am feeling all the love lately in the blogging community. I got nominated for another award and this one is…The Flawsome Award! Created by Sophia Ismaa, this award recognizes all the imperfect things about ourselves. I love the idea of this award because its so different from what is normally seen. So here it is, The Flawsome Award!! Thank you to Gabrielle for nominating me. It was so, so sweet of you and you guys should definitely check her out.

My Flaws

I’m really tough on myself

I am very hard on myself when it comes to getting things done and achieving things. I am a very “no excuses” type of person. I don’t know where this came from but for some reason I always put my self on this pedestal when it comes to everything. I’ve caught myself a few times giving tough love to the people in my life, and I have to cool it down because not everyone is going to react to it the way that I would- and also not everyone deserves to be given tough love because everyone is in a different position.

So embarrassing, but I’m messy.

This one is so bad but I am messy. I mean, I hate it, I really do. I honestly don’t even know how it happens. I will clean my room at night and then get ready in the morning and come home to find that a tornado hit my closet…and if you think my rooms bad you should see my car. I will say this though, I always do clean it right away. Its just the fact that I let it get messy at all, just confuses me so much and I hate it. I have gotten better though and am working on always having everything spotless. I found that cute room decor keeps your motivation alive.

I procrastinate…badly.

I’ve been doing this my entire life and at this point, I think its time to give up on the idea of ever changing (even though I still try to). For example, If I have an assignment for school due at midnight, I promise you I will wait until eleven at night to start it. I have no idea why and its such a bad habit, but I do find that I work better under pressure. I will never, ever turn an assignment in late because like I said before, I’m a “no excuses” type person. Nope, just a “wait until thirty minutes before its due” type person.

Who I’m Nominating

These bloggers are so amazing and everyone should go check them out!

Haha this was so interesting to read and I’m happy I got to learn more about you! I am so thankful for you nominating me, Colleen! I feel like I’m disorganized but people call me super neat. I think it’s just that I have a LOT of stuff. But I do agree that some cute decor can make you more inspired!! We need a bit of that in our lives! 😊

I’ve started taking a couple of minutes everyday to clean my room instead of waiting until the weekend to clean a giant mess. Geraldine, you deserve the nomination! You’re always so supportive and sweet to me so thank YOU!

Love reading these award posts just to get to know people a bit better! I am the exact same with procrastinating, if there’s something really important to do, I will do everything else like tidy the kitchen or rearrange the living room just so I can put off that one thing haha! Well done on the award!

This is so amazing! Congrats lovely!
This is something I’m guilty of as well, being way too hard on myself!
Keep up the great work love!

I kinda love this idea! We’re all flawed so we might as well celebrate it.
I can relate to all three of your flaws, so you’re definitely not alone!
