If you’ve been around for a while now, you’ll know that nails are very important to me. I like them to look a certain way (I’m a short nails person, who else?) and have a specific color palette that I stick to. I’m generally a neutral toned kind of girl, so Spring is my peak for my nails. PS- I did this post last year! It’s actually one of my most popular posts. So of course, I wanted to do it again this year, as some of my preferences have changed. I’ve been using cleaner beauty products, and a part of that is nail polish. So, here’s all my favorite *clean* Spring nail colors.
Essie Expressie
I had no idea that Essie was planning on coming out with this, but I saw it in Ulta and was so intrigued. It’s their new 8-free, vegan line of forty colors (internally screaming). I immediately grabbed the colors I knew I would loved, and ran home to try them. This nail polish has such a good brush and lasts for so long! My favorite colors from the line so far are-
Buns Up (light beige), Crop Top & Roll (soft pink beige), Busy Beeline (soft yellow).
Sally Hansen Good.Kind.Pure
A plant based, 16-free, vegan nail polish. Amazing. They have so many color options and they are only six dollars at Target! I got a week out of my manicure with this nail polish along with the top coat. I love the earthy, nude colors and they are so perfect for Spring. They are neutral colors, but they are unique and definitely essential to my nail polish collection. My favorite shades from the one’s I’ve tried (I’ve tried so many!) are-
Romantic Peach (peachy neutral), Pink Cloud (sheer pink), Rose Petal (light rose), Be-gone-ia (toasted rose), Elderflower Power (neutral light pink).
Olive & June
I recently discovered this brand and I’m obsessed. It’s a 7-free nail polish and their colors are very…me. Seriously, the range of neutrals is wonderful. I’ve already collected so many of the colors and they are all so high quality. I’ve gone eight days with no chips, and even then, they could be easily fixed. Some of my favorite shades from the ones I’ve tried are-
HZ (rosy neutral), MM (toast neutral), GH (light pink), and HD (the perfect white).
I also love some of the other nail care items that they offer. Their top coat is the cherry on top for your manicure and their poppy is perfect for those who need a little help painting their nails. The cuticle serum is also so amazing. Seriously, can’t rave enough about it. Cuticle serum is so important!! It has changed my nail game and my nails always look like they were just done. I love this serum specifically because it’s not greasy and so easy to apply on the go.
Those are all my favorite Spring nail colors! What kind of colors do you like for Spring? I hope you enjoyed this post!
